Ingredients for turmeric latte
- 200 ml almond milk, hot water or tea
- 1 to 3 teaspoons MCT oil
- Pinch Fleur de sel or Bamboo salt
- Varieties: Turmeric, Latte Ayurveda, Cacao & Café Ethiopia, Matcha Kotobuki Premium
Preparation of turmeric latte
- Put 2 to 3 scoops of latte turmeric in a cup
- Add hot water or hot vegetable milk (almond milk is very tasty)
- Add the MCT oil and the pinch of salt.
- Stir or mix well so that you get a layer of foam
