Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of coffee 250 ml
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons MCT
  • (optional 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds or protein powder)

Preparation

  1. Pour the hot coffee into the blender and add the butter and MCT oil.
  2. Mix for about 20 seconds until you see a thick head of foam head like with a latte
  3. You can also add almond milk or coconut milk for a bulletproof cappuccino.
