Ingredients for protein shake with coconut flour and raw cacao beans
- 200 mL Filtered water
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut flour and hemp flour
- ½ Orange, the juice of
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 3 Raw cacao beans (or Gula Java Cacao from Amanprana)
- 1 Small dried chilli
- 100 g Frozen pineapple
- 1 generous pinch Fleur de sel (Khoisan fleur de sel)
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preparation of protein shake with coconut flour and raw cacao beans
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and purée for approximately 1 minute and 50 seconds.
- Then strain the Bloody Mary protein smoothie through a sieve and serve in a glass.
