How do i use Mamilla nipple fissure balm and oil?

Use Mamilla nipple fissure balm, if possible a few weeks before delivery, to properly prepare the skin of the nipples and the areola. Then rub the entire breast, nipple and areola with Mamilla nipple fissure balm after every shower and if possible in the mornings or in the evenings.

After the baby is born, dry the nipples and areola after every breastfeed and rub them in with Mamilla nipple fissure balm or oil to further care, nourish and protect. Use it repeatedly as needed, and allow the balm to be absorbed gently by the skin. t is not necessary to clean the nipples anew right before each breastfeed, because the ingredients will already have penetrated the skin.
