A score of 98.93% for Amanprana on the IFS for food safety
Big party at Amanprana’s! On 27 January, we received the IFS Food certificate. The virtually flawless managing of the control points, the extraordinary involvement and sublime preparation by the colleagues provided a spectacular score of no less than 98.93%.
What is the IFS certificate?
IFS stands for International Featured Standards. The IFS Food certification is a standard in the field of food safety. Within the IFS, four “knockout criteria” are used. If one of these criteria is not met, the supplier is automatically not certified. The criteria are:
- managing of critical control points;
- involvement of management and employees;
- product traceability, raw materials and packaging materials;
- implementation of corrective measures.
Amanprana scored excellently on the above points!
In order to retain the IFS Food certificate, a new audit will take place every year. This is an extra motivation for us to keep on setting high standards!
