I used to use the “traditional” sports drinks and gels (Isostar, Powerbar, …). Since 1.5 years I have been trying to eat almost no refined sugars and I feel 100% better and no longer have a “sugar dip”. Recently I have been using the Gula Java Cacao for training and I feel very good about it; no dips!
