Last Sunday I completed the cyclotour of the Omloop van het Nieuwsblad (125km, average 28km/h) only with Amanprana: Gula Java, Earl Gray and Gula Java Matcha in my 2 drinking bottles, a mix of Gula Java Matcha and Gula Java Cacao as recovery drink (recipe Chantal Voets from Amanprana ) and homemade energy bars/balls with, among other things, coconut oil, Gula Java Cacao and Gula Java Matcha. Very tasty and important: no dips, energy assured throughout the trip. My colleague who cycled along was also impressed and immediately wanted all the recipes.
