Don’t go to sleep until you’ve done these 10 beauty rituals

To shine, it is important that you feel good, that you feed yourself well and that you take good care of yourself. We put quite a bit on our skin… Do you think you can eat your day cream or scrub? Why smear it on your skin? Don’t forget that our skin is the largest organ in your body and that it also absorbs. Here are some tips and the steps I use every day when taking care of my face. Chemical free!

Use Shangri-la as a serum for eye contour and face

  1. Careful cleaning is the message! Removing the make-up from your face in the evening and cleaning it well pays off in the long term.
  2. Use washable soft make-up pads instead of cotton swabs that you throw away again. Much cheaper and more ecological. You will find different brands in the organic store or on the internet.
  3. Moisten your cloth with water and drop a little Alana, make-up remover on it. Press this lightly on the eyelashes of the closed eye. Rub down gently. As a result, your make-up residues will remain on your skin at the bottom of your eye and you can easily rub them away. I also cleanse my entire face and neck in the same way.
  4. Your skin around your eyes is very fragile. Handle with care . It is best to avoid rubbing your eyes hard.
  5. After removing my makeup with Alana, I like to use Green People’s Age Defy + soft buff skin exfoliator . With this in-depth gentle peeling, you will instantly have radiant soft skin. You can use it daily.
  6. To then close your pores again, it is best to use a tonic. For me that is a hydrolate (flower water) of, for example, rose, lavender or orange blossom. Moisten your face with it before moisturizing it. Preferably buy organic products for the purity. Personally, I like the Ladrôme hydrolates the best. By the way, the region of La drôme in la douce France is highly recommended to explore.

  7. Is your skin completely refreshed? Then it’s time to take care of your skin. A serum around your eyes, like Shangri-La , is not a luxury. The skin around your eyes is so thin and sensitive that it could use a little extra.
  8. I make my day and night cream myself. I mix 1/3 red palm oil with 2/3 extra virgin coconut oil and then add a few drops of Shangri-la or essential oil . Depending on your skin type, you can choose:
  1. Then I use my guasha stone to massage my face – this is an ancient Chinese method that is said to remove waste products and stimulate blood flow in the skin.
  2. Make up in the summer? For me this doesn’t have to be much… an eye pencil , bronzer and lip gloss – I go for the nude look: naturally beautiful 😉
