- 300 g Cashew nuts
- 200 mL Water, for soaking the nuts
- 2 tbsp Rice milk
- 3 tbsp Olive oil (Amanprana Hermanos Catalan)
- 1 pinch Fleur de sel (Khoisan fleur de sel)
- 1 generous pinch Black pepper
- 1 tsp Seasoning (Amanprana ORAC Botanico mix, spicy)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Yeast flakes
