Ingredients for sweet protein smoothie with hemp seed, saffron and lucuma
- 200 mL mineral water
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut flour
- 2 Oranges, the juice of
- 4 tsp Saffron and 2 tbsp lucuma powder or 6 tsp Gula Java Safran (Amanprana)
- 1 tsp Okinawa Omega oil
- 3 Dates
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1/2 Frozen banana
Preparation of sweet protein smoothie with hemp seed, saffron and lucuma
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and purée for approximately 1 minute and 50 seconds.
- Strain the smoothie through a sieve and serve in a glass.
Tip from Stefano:
If you want to give your smoothie more body, stir in a few extra hemp seeds.
