I baked French toast with it and I clearly noticed a difference between the normal coconut oils from the supermarket and those from Amanprana. When I cooked with coconut oil from the supermarket, you often still tasted the coconut flavor in the dishes. But with this coconut oil from Amanprana you can taste the soft taste of coconut oil, and the coconut flavor was not overpowering. Really delicious.
