As a food coach, I think it is important that our customers learn to eat healthy and that healthy food is also tasty. Sweet does not equate to refined sugars and industrially processed products. It can also be healthy with natural products that do not contain waste. These products give your body energy instead of robbing it of energy. I use coconut oil, Gula Java coconut blossom sugar and coconut flour during my workshops. Our cake contains coconut flour instead of white refined flour, oatmeal pancakes are baked in coconut oil and sprinkled with a little Gula Java. Our healthy cookies also contain coconut oil and Gula Java. In the morning I sweeten our daughter’s oatmeal porridge with a little Gula Java. Or to sprinkle over fresh popcorn, also baked in coconut oil.
When I think about it like that, not a day goes by that we don’t use these products. I think quality is very important. Hence my conscious choice for Amanprana.
