Ingredients for vegan sausage
- 1 bag vegan protein mix (150 g)
- 120 to 150 ml water
- 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of vegan sausage
- Make the mix as described on the package.
- Put the mix in a bowl, add the smoked paprika.
- Add 120 ml of water and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into a sausage.
- Place the sausage in the pan and brown it in extra virgin olive oil on all sides.
- Cut the sausage into slices and top your pizza.
