Ingredients for fruity protein shake
- 1.5 Bananas, frozen
- 1 Apple, cut into pieces
- 1 Handful of strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 Handful of raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp Coconut blossom sugar together with a pinch of saffron (Amanprana Gula Java Safran)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla-flavoured protein powder
- 500 ml Fresh almond milk

- Place all ingredients in the blender, SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!
