- 125 ml Almond-rice drink (The Bridge)
- 2.5 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Cacao energy drink (powder) or Matcha energy drink (powder)
- Seasonal fruits

- Add Chia seeds to the almond-rice drink, along with the Cacao or Matcha energy drink
- Mix everything together well, pour into a bowl or jar and leave to cool overnight (or 4 hours) in a refrigerator.
- This healthy breakfast can be garnished with pieces of mango, blueberries, strawberries, bananas ...
- Yummy!
