Deze steak wordt op traditionele wijze vervaardigd van biologische spelt seitan. Seitan van Bertyn is biologisch, vetarm, koolhydraatarm en eiwitrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Hoe maak je vol-au-vegan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li> Scheur de oesterzwammen in lange slierten. <\/li><li>Open de verpakking van de seitan, hou nog even de saus apart <\/li><li>Scheur lange slierten uit de seitan steak en bak deze krokant in een pan met een beetje olijfolie. <\/li><li>Bak de oesterzwammen ook in een beetje olijfolie en voeg deze toe aan de seitan <\/li><li>Overgiet het geheel met de saus en laat even doorkoken <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip : Lekker met frietjes, puree of een Bouch\u00e9e \u00e0 la reine (koekje)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Try vegan!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De maand november staat in het teken van <a href=\"https:\/\/tryvegan.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cTry vegan\u201d<\/a> een campagne van EVA &amp; BE Vegan.
