Voor de \u00e9\u00e9n een crime en voor de ander een stukje rust. Maak (of koop ;)) jij van tevoren je ontbijt, lunch en tussendoortjes? Je begint vast met een hoop inspiratie en wilde idee\u00ebn. Helaas kennen we het allemaal&#8230;na een tijdje begint ook hier de regelmaat &#8211; lees sleur &#8211; in te komen. Daarom hier alvast een redder in nood, wanneer je echt niet meer weet wat als tussendoortje te eten: hemelse mueslirepen met cacao en bosbessen. Die lust iedereen \u00e9n je kunt meteen een hele voorraad in \u00e9\u00e9n keer maken.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Het recept is afkomstig uit mijn boek <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/non-food\/eet-goed-dat-doet-je-goed-boek-chantal-voets\">Eet goed, dat doet je goed <\/a><\/em>(p. 222)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2728\" src=\"https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Granola-maken-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Recept granola met chocolade en blauwe bessen\" width=\"300\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Granola-maken-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Granola-maken.jpg 641w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredi\u00ebnten recept mueslirepen met cacao en bosbessen<\/h2>\n<p>150 g havervlokken<br \/>\n50 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/voeding\/tarwekiemen\">tarwekiemen<\/a> (bv. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/voeding\/tarwekiemen\/alpin-blond-light-tarwekiemen\">Alpin Blond<\/a>)<br \/>\n50 g\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/voeding\/kokosmeel\">kokosmeel<\/a><br \/>\n125 g zwarte bosbessen (vers of diepvries)<br \/>\n3 grote medjool-dadels, ontpit en in kleine stukjes gehakt<br \/>\n75 g amandelen, fijngehakt<br \/>\n125 g zonnebloempitten<br \/>\n125 g chiazaadjes<br \/>\n125 g sesamzaadjes<br \/>\n125 g hennepzaadjes<br \/>\n2 theelepels cacao nibs (rauwe cacaobrokjes)<br \/>\nEen snufje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/voeding\/botanico-mix\/khoisan-fleur-de-sel-zout\">Khoisan fleur de sel<\/a><br \/>\n60 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/voeding\/traditionele-vetten\/extra-virgin-kokosolie\">extra vierge kokosolie <\/a>(gesmolten)<br \/>\n60 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/voeding\/gula-java-kokosbloesemsuiker\">Gula Java Fin kokosbloesemsuiker<\/a><br \/>\n50 ml water<br \/>\n50 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noble-house.tk\/nl\/producten\/voeding\/gula-java-prestatiedranken\/gula-java-matcha\">Gula Java Matcha<\/a><br \/>\n1 theelepel cayennepeper<br \/>\n3 eetlepels honing<br \/>\n3 eetlepels ahornsiroop<\/p>\n<h2>Bereiding mueslirepen<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2725\" src=\"https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/granola-recept.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/granola-recept.jpg 641w, https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/granola-recept-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rooster eerst de havervlokken: ca. 10 minuten in een pan of op 160\u00b0C in de oven.<\/p>\n<p>Meng in een grote kom de tarwekiemen, kokosmeel, bosbessen, dadels, amandelen, zonnebloempitten, chiazaadjes, sesamzaadjes, hennepzaadjes, cacao nibs en een snufje fleur de sel. Roer goed, tot alles goed gemengd is.<\/p>\n<p>Meng in een andere kom de overige ingredi\u00ebnten: kokosolie, kokosbloesemsuiker, water, Matcha, honing, ahornsiroop en cayennepeper. Voeg de twee mengsels bij elkaar en roer goed. Leg een vel bakpapier op een rechthoekige bakplaat en verdeel het mengsel erover. Druk goed aan en laat 1 uur hard worden in de koelkast.<\/p>\n<p>Zet dan in de oven (160\u00b0C) en bak de granola(repen) krokant.
