Ben je ondertussen al aan de slag in je eigen tuin? Er gaat niets boven verse kruiden. Hier een heerlijk recept uit mijn boek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amanprana.eu\/lifestyle\/het-amanprana-boek\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Eet goed, dat doet je goed<\/em><\/a><em> (pag. 81)<\/em>: een zomerse quinoasalade met verse, biologische kruiden. Neem een steelpan en doe de quinoa hierin. Voeg er het water, een scheutje olijfolie en 4 knoflookteentjes aan toe. Kook de quinoa ongeveer 10 minuten, zet het vuur af en laat de quinoa nog even wellen en rusten. Was ondertussen de kruiden, zwier ze droog en hak ze grof. Snijd de lente-uitjes fijn. Meng alles in een mooie slakom, doe er een eetlepel ORAC Botanico-Mix Mild bovenop, samen met een paar draaien van de pepermolen en Okinawa Omega Happy Perilla Special. Meng alles goed.
