Al vaker kwamen we elkaar tegen en wisselden we de meest heerlijke recepten uit. Zoals deze hummus van doperwten met citroenverbena.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Op de site van Amanprana kun je een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amanprana.eu\/recept\/?_sfm_chef=22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paar van de recepten van Rineke Dijkinga<\/a> vinden. Ook in haar\u00a0meest recente boek (Alles draait om je hormonen, het is maar dat je het (w)eet, 2015) is een recept van mij gepubliceerd. Een heerlijk fris, groen broodbeleg.<\/p>\n<h2>Recept hummus van doperwten met citroenverbena<\/h2>\n<p>Recept van mij,\u00a0te vinden op blz. 91 in het boek &#8216;Alles draait om je hormonen&#8217; van Rineke Dijkinga<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h3>\n<p>1 potje kikkererwten (ongeveer 400 gram)<br \/>\n1 potje doperwten (ongeveer 400 gram)<br \/>\n3 eetlepels olijfolie<br \/>\n1 geraspte, verse teen knoflook<br \/>\n1 citroen<br \/>\neen paar takjes gedroogde of verse citroenverbena (of koop het als thee en meng deze er door)<br \/>\n1 theelepel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amanprana.eu\/voeding\/kruidenmixen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ORAC Botanico-mix chili<\/a><br \/>\nPeper en fleur de sel naar smaak<\/p>\n<h3>Bereiding<\/h3>\n<p>Neem een grote kom of maatbeker, waarin je de ingredi\u00ebnten kunt mixen of blenderen. Als je verse, gedroogde of diepvriesproducten hebt, laat deze dan eerst weken, koken en afkoelen. Doe er de kikkererwten, doperwten, olijfolie, knoflook, verbena en sap van 1 citroen in. Mix alles goed door elkaar en kruid af naar eigen smaak met ORAC Botanico-mix en extra komijn. Lekker als dip of broodbeleg.<\/p>\n<h3>Tip van Rineke Dijkinga<\/h3>\n<p>Maak eens een voorraadje van deze mix. Vries het in maar voeg de olijfolie, knoflook, citroen en verbena pas toe na het ontdooien. Op die manier kun je eindeloos vari\u00ebren met de smaak.
