Tel de vapeurs van alle vijftigers samen en je weet wie er verantwoordelijk is voor de opwarming van de aarde! \ud83d\ude09<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Deze intro stond in de\u00a0septembernieuwsbrief van de Wifty\u2019s (Women over Fifty). Hierin een aankondiging voor de Wereld Menopauzedag van vandaag, incluis een Menopauze Feestje.\u00a0Oprichters\u00a0H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Van Herck en Ann Lemmens bundelden\u00a0skills\u00a0met heel\u00a0veel enthousiasme, passie en humor en lanceerden in april 2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wifty.be\/\">Wifty.be<\/a>: een blog en\u00a0community voor, door en met 50+ vrouwen. Wifty is vooral bedoeld om het taboe rond de menopauze te doorbreken. Gelukkig zijn we al toe aan een offici\u00eble Werelddag Menopauze. Goed dat velen, zoals Wifty, zich voor de menopauze inzetten\u00a0en deze ondersteunen!\u00a0Ben jij in deze fase beland? Misschien heb je dan wel wat aan mijn tips&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><!--more-->De menopauze komt met klachten;\u00a0verzamel\u00a0je reddingsboeien<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1293\" src=\"https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Quote-Elizabeth-Gilbert.jpg\" alt=\"Quote menopauze, overgangsklachten Elizabeth Gilbert\" width=\"236\" height=\"236\" \/>Ook ik ontsnapte niet aan deze fase, in mijn hoofd nog altijd een jonge twintiger\u2026 ook al tellen de jaartjes op en tikt de klok rustig verder! Het is een turbulente periode vol ongeloof, verwarring, ongemakken\u2026Alles draait hierin om je hormonen \u2013 be prepared!<\/p>\n<p>Gelukkig kan Mr.Google je veel informatie verschaffen, wordt er openlijk over gepraat en bestaan er goede boeken. Zelf heb ik veel gehad aan het boek van\u00a0Leen Steyaert (menopauzeconsulente en auteur van <em>Stralend door de Menopauze<\/em>) en kijk ik al uit naar het nieuwe boek van <a href=\"https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/interviews\/martine-prenen-vegan-menopauze-positiviteit\/\">Martine Prenen<\/a> met als titel: <em>Menopower!<\/em> Martine kennende zal dit boek vol positieve vibes, wetenschappelijk ondersteunde informatie en bruikbare tips staan.<\/p>\n<h2>6 Tips\u00a0voor\u00a0wie in\u00a0de menopauze\u00a0zit<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Tijd voor jezelf nemen moet\u00a0bovenaan je lijstje staan. Zelf heb ik veel aan<strong> yoga<\/strong> gehad. <strong>Ademhalingsoefeningen<\/strong> en even <strong>aan helemaal niks denken<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1292\" src=\"https:\/\/amanprana.eu\/Amanprana-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Menopauze-Chantal-600x517.jpg\" alt=\"Chantal Voets tips voor de menopauze\" width=\"400\" height=\"345\" \/>Praat er eens over met je vriendinnen<\/strong>. Op die manier kun je namelijk ook ontdekken welke &#8217;trucjes&#8217; zij toepassen om het allemaal wat gemakkelijker te maken.<\/li>\n<li>Een\u00a0<strong>uurtje lichaamsbeweging per dag<\/strong> en een positieve mindset\u2026 h\u00e9t recept om sterker uit deze periode te komen.<\/li>\n<li>Met de juiste inzichten, voeding, begeleiding en deskundige uitleg komt het allemaal wel goed.\u00a0En vooral ook met de nodige <strong>humor<\/strong>! Ik\u00a0neem de ongemakken au serieux, maar niet mijzelf.<\/li>\n<li>Zoals al vermeld\u00a0is een <strong>positieve mindset<\/strong> belangrijk. <strong>Accepteer<\/strong> je overgangsklachten en probeer er echt het beste van te maken. Neem het zoals het komt.<\/li>\n<li>Neem mee in je gedachten:<em> Goodbye maandverbanden, tampons, PMS en anticonceptie.<strong> Welkom nieuwe fase<\/strong>. Tijd voor mezelf!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Samengevat: ontspannen, bewegen en een positieve levenswijze verhelpen of voorkomen zelfs de overgangsklachten!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><strong>Power to all my (women) friends!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\"><strong><em>Meer lezen over de overgang?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\"><em>Harvard Medical School heeft diverse onderzoeken gepubliceerd.
