Et ces nutriments sont si importants. Pensez \u00e0 la vitamine C, \u00e0 la vitamine K, \u00e0 l&rsquo;acide folique, aux carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, au potassium, au fer&#8230; En outre, ces l\u00e9gumes ne sont pas seulement des boosters de sant\u00e9, mais ils apportent aussi des nouvelles couleurs dans notre assiette ! Le message, c&rsquo;est varier avec un nombre suffisant de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes. Il n&rsquo;obtient son go\u00fbt sp\u00e9cifique qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s que le gel soit pass\u00e9 dessus.
